We are currently recruiting for a senior leadership, or Program Manager role within Family Violence, responsible for the operational running of the team and program delivery.
Duties:
- Operational lead of the Family Violence and behavioural change teams
- Program implementation, expansion, and delivery.
- Work collaboratively with team leaders to foster excellent working practices and team culture.
- Use knowledge, skills and experience to develop, improve, and expand the Family Violence offering and programs.
- Partner with agencies and relevant government departments to maximise outcomes.
- Manage budgets, targets and outcomes, to ensure contractual agreements are met.

- Qualification in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, OT or Psychiatric RN
- Experience in leadership, budgeting, and operational management.
- Understanding and knowledge of FV practices in Victoria
- Ideally exposure or understanding of the Orange Door program,
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Valid VIC Driving Licence
- Working with Children Check
