About the Role
The Program Manager is responsible for delivering the Fleet program outcomes through the use of the MSP program management methodology and be accountable for the entire program lifecycle. Key aspects of the role include:
- Stakeholder management/engagement
- Vendor management
- Work health & safety
- Compliance
Requirements
- 5 + years’ program management experience (must have program experience as opposed to just managing multiple project streams simultaneously)
- Experience within the fire fighting/rescue/first responder domain is essential
- Previous experience managing systems engineering projects, or complex Fleet Upgrade projects is desirable
- Managing Successful Programs certification/training/experience/exposure is essential
- Experience managing projects/programs with a strong focus on work health & safety within strict regulatory environments would be highly advantageous
- Ability to build rapport and manage a wide variety of stakeholders
Terms
- 2 year initial fixed-term contract with potential to convert to perm
- Highly flexible hybrid working environment
- Sydney CBD office location
- Start ASAP (our client can wait 4 weeks for the right candidate to give notice to their current employer)
- Paying up to approx. $210K inclusive of super (commensurate with skills and experience)
- Must be an AU Citizen or Permanent Resident and eligible for security clearance to be considered
- Must be able to travel interstate occasionally as needed
