Core Talent is working with a National Landscape and Civil Contractor. Working across a variety of projects for Tier 1 + 2 Builders, State Government & Local Government, they have helped deliver some of the most significant and iconic landscape projects across Australia.
They are now working on a Recreational Development for the people of Penrith Community and as this project continues to ramp up they are require a Project Administrator to join their busy team.
We are looking for someone who has:
A strong Administrative background (preferably in civil & landscapes)
Can work a busy environment
Can help out in all areas of the business
Can work under-pressure
Wants to thrive & grow in their position
This is an excellent time to get on-board with my client, seeing this project from the ground you will see it evolve with Parks & Playgrounds, Water Fountains, Skateboard Ramps, BBQ areas, Walkways & Cafes etc.
This development will take at least 20 months before completion and you will be required to work from their site office in Penrith.
Your job duties would include:
Provide Administrative Support for Project
Obtaining and filing the required permits/paperwork
Collecting and organizing necessary documentation
Maintaining project schedules & registers
Elevating administrative work currently included as part of the site engineer's role
Managing all external correspondence
Assist with safety compliance and safety administrative activities for the project
Maintain and Update All Relevant Databases for Projects
