PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR’S TOMAGO- PERMANENT FULL TIME
About the role
Our General Workshop is growing! Due to projected growth, WesTrac are seeking two energetic & team orientated Project Administrator's to join the team at Tomago. Based in our New Machines or Rebuilds Workshops, this role will see you responsible for providing a range of general branch administration duties to ensure the smooth flow of work and the administration and operation of a proficient, cohesive team.
Reporting to the Project Manager, this position is based at our head office in Tomago, just 30 minutes from Newcastle and is available on a Monday to Friday roster, with a 40 hour working week.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a high level of support to the Project Coordinators
- Creating work orders
- Creating workshop handover scope documents
- Parts Ordering
- Warranty claims
- Coordination and management of work in progress
- Processing purchase orders and reconciling invoices
- Updating work schedules and cost allocation
- Booking training and maintaining the training matrix
- Updating team intranet sites
- General clerical, reception and word processing duties within the branch
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Project Administrator role (desirable)
- Business Administration qualification or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP experience is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build high performing working relationships
- Supportive and “can do” attitude
- Strong attention to detail and can take initiative
- Advanced organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A demonstrated commitment to safety and the environment
