Walz is currently seeking a Project Administrator/Document Controller who can be based in the Gladstone Office.

Location: Gladstone
Hours: Casual to Full time position 48 hours / week
Salary: bases on experience
You will be responsible for:
- Time sheet entry.
- Document Control.
- Procurement.
- Purchase Orders.
- Variations / Worksheets / Costs Tracking
- Monthly Reports.
- Sub-Contractor daily time sheets.
- Stationary / Flights / Accommodation.
- Client Systems
- Other duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role highly desirable
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite
- High level written and excellent interpersonal skills.
