AddressRole: Project Analyst and Project Manager
Location: Sydney
Key responsibilities :
- Gathering and documenting requirements from all stakeholder groups, translating them into business requirements to be shared with project delivery teams for execution.
- Developing processes and procedures to support the execution of remediation activities.
- Tracking progress against project milestones and deliverable.
- Managing risks and issues that arise from the project.
- Collaborating across stakeholder groups including the business, technologies as well as Compliance and an external partner.
- Providing input to materials for steering committees and other senior leadership updates.
- Challenging the status-quo to drive incremental improvements to delivery.
Key Skills Required:
- Supported the delivery of similar projects against aggressive timelines across a Client's environment.
- A multi-tasker, able to prioritise multiple initiatives simultaneously and still achieve results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and fluid business environment.
- Detail orientated, with a keen eye for detail, ability to produce high quality documentation.
- Experience of working with a wide range of teams and building effective working relationships across a variety of stakeholder groups.
- A fast learner, with an ability to learn new processes and capabilities quickly.
- Experience in end-to-end process design and development.
- Analytical skills, with proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analysis is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of merchant acquiring and/or Financial Crimes is an advantage.
