Myaree Ceramics is a long standing, highly regarded family tile business, passionate about providing great service and creating amazing interiors for our clients.
We are looking for an organised and highly motivated team member to join us in a full-time capacity as Project and Office Administrator.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
. Commercial and Residential quoting
. Stock Allocation
. Order processing
. Assisting builders and clients with enquiries.
. Arranging deliveries.
. Measuring plans and providing tile estimates.
. Providing exceptional customer service.
The successful applicant will ideally have the following attributes:
. Experience and/or qualifications in administration
. Experience in the building industry (particularly tiles) is not essential but an advantage.
. Strong attention to detail, be well organised and have very good time management skills.
. Be able to multi task.
. A client focused approach.
. Excellent communication skills.
. Can problem solve.
. Good computer skills, experience with Microsoft is preferential.
