Key Responsibilities
Documentation in industrial projects from start to end
Collaboration with the directors – ideas encouraged
Document projects autonomously and within small teams
Liaise with consultants and builders
Produce well curated documentation output
Address both the architecture and interiors of projects
Skills and Experience
Technician/Architecture Qualifications
Previous experience in industrial projects ideally
Proficiency in Revit is a must, demonstrated through professional projects!
Strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to liaise with authorities and consultants
Ability to work across multiple projects concurrently
Great eye for detail and construction knowledge is forefront
