About this role
Talented design architect sought for a thriving global studio entering into a new phase. This is an opportunity to take on design leadership, lead teams and grow the team . This practice has an established reputation in health,education, government, commercial, mixed use and hospitality typologies. Working across architecture, interior and urban design this is a successful practice with active projects.
Key Responsibilities
What responsibilities the successful candidate will complete
Work closely with clients and build relationships
Work closely with a Principal on early stages and design options
Have access to a diversity of projects and the support of a wider global team
Lead teams on projects
Contribute to the wider practice as well as project leadership
Skills and Experience
What attributes/ qualifications or skills the successful candidate will have
Approximately 10 years experience gained in mid to large scale practice
Strong client and design skills
Experience gained leading projects through all stages including local experience
Experience gained on health projects highly valued
Experience gained on aged care, community, sports or local civic projects desirable
Project leading experience
Work successfully with clients and generate repeat business
Assist in converting opportunities into new work
Strong interpersonal skills essential
Revit strongly preferred
