Milestone IT is currently working with this brilliant organization who right now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Scheduler to join a great team.
Key Responsibilities :
Create, update and report on Schedule, Scope, Cost, and Resources
Create, update and report on Risks, Issues, Actions, Decisions
Manage top-down escalations from middle management
Ms-Project for Scheduling and tracking project progress
Coordinating/scheduling technicians and contractors on a regular basis
Providing support to senior project executives on project status reporting
Ensuring all candidates are complaint and the right fit for the proposed project
Updating notes and document control for the project
Liaising with project stakeholders regarding task/activity/milestone statutes
Provide general support to Project Managers in the delivery of the project
Maintain, update and communicate status reporting as required with key
Skills we are looking for:
Practical experience working within a Project team environment
Good understanding of scope, schedule, resources, and budget
Experience managing and reporting on Risks, Issues, Actions Decision
Having experience in Healthcare would be an advantage
The ability to develop a working project management plan
Having strong attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Professionally presented and has a high level of written and verbal communication
