About the Company
Gain valuable experience working as a Project Coordinator for a large NSW Government organisation on a 6 month contract in Parramatta with flexible working arrangements.
About the Role
Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to deliver key researcH projects
Participate in tender analysis and submissions evaluation and support the preparation of Tender Evaluation Reports and recommendations
Support the design and implementation of stakeholder engagement process with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Provide inputs into organisation reporting mechanisms and participate in the team’s operating rhythm.
Prepare and provide input into project reports, submissions, and briefing notes on a range of operational issues and in accordance with government protocols
About You
At least 2 years of government experience project management or policy
Previous experience with procurement (particularly evaluation of submissions as well as with contract drafting and contracting / negotiation processes.
Ability to understand and apply organisation policy and procedures
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with an ability to tailor messaging to different audiences as needed - oral and written.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and relevant procurement subject matter expertise to deliver intended results.
Proficient Microsoft suite.
