The opportunity:
The Project Coordinator/Document Controller, reporting to the Director - Delivery & Growth Markets ANZ, will be based in Sydney.
The role will focus on the implementation of respective processes, controls and resources to deliver project-based work with expected safety, quality and value for clients and SYSTRA.
Your new role:
- maintain appropriate document and knowledge management systems as outlined in the key management plans
- maintain data registers for reporting and record keeping purposes
- compile and distribute project-related documentation and reporting
- provide administrative and office management to support to project teams
- support project controls tasks
Required qualifications & experience:
- Bachelor level qualifications in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in Project coordination.
- Strong stakeholder and client management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
