Our reputed client is looking for Project Coordinator with Non- IT background.
Responsibilities:
Project Support: Support major projects comprehensively by collaborating closely with engineers and clients. Assist in defining project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
Client Engagement: Act as a liaison between the company, engineers, and clients. Conduct meetings, workshops, and site visits to gather requirements, discuss project progress, and address any concerns or issues.
Workshop Facilitation: Plan, organize, and facilitate workshops involving multiple stakeholders to gather insights, brainstorm ideas, and develop project plans. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among participants.
Manage various administrative tasks related to engineering projects, such as documentation, record-keeping, and reporting. Maintain project files, contracts, permits, and other relevant documentation.
Monitor project timelines, deadlines, and resource allocation to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion. Coordinate with engineers to assign tasks, track progress, and resolve any conflicts or bottlenecks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the utilities or engineering industry.
