ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a multidisciplinary Construction, Facilities Management & Insurance Building Organisation servicing the construction industry. Due to significant growth over the last 24 months and a brand-new office move, they are now seeking for a full-time Project Administrator to be based in Inner West Sydney. This role will be reporting into the Construction Manager and supporting and overseeing administrative tasks for the broader construction team.
Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to;
Support Field Supervisors with document management
Schedule inspections & project supervision on behalf of Field Supervisors
Answering and responding to inbound calls and emails
Updating information within in-house system and ensure its accuracy
Support broader team with scheduling, booking in trades and ad-hoc administrative tasks
To be considered for this role, you will need;
Proven track record working in a similar role as a Project Administrator
Demonstrated experience working on the LAHC OR within the Facilities Management industry (Highly desirable)
Strong working experience using MS Office and other programs
A strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail
Be able to work autonomously and take directions from the Project Director
