- Two full time maximum term positions available up to 12 months
- Salary based on experience, range: $95,993 - $119,989 plus super

In this newly established role, you will work closely with the Program Manager, Mental Health and Disability and relevant stakeholders to coordinate the co-design process to develop and implement a new legal service model for consumers experiencing mental health issues.
You will be responsible for project managing a range of activities, including establishing a co-design group, engaging with stakeholders and working closely with people with lived experience of mental health issues and VLA's project partners the Mental Health Legal Centre and the Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service.
About you:
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. You will have demonstrated experience in projects to facilitate delivery of legal services and the monitoring and evaluation of projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to influence and negotiate with people and build collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including people with lived experience of mental health issues and/or disabilities.
- You will have significant experience working with lived experience experts and a deep understanding of the challenges impacting Victorians when accessing mental health and other systems. We also value candidates' lived experience of the systems we assist our clients with.
