The Role
The Project Coordinator will support the Digital Transformation team by coordinating strategic projects and initiatives. You’ll work with various stakeholders to ensure HenderCare’s projects hit key milestones and deliverables efficiently and effectively.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and budgets.
- Track and report on project progress, including milestones, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Support the delivery of digital system initiatives across the organisation.
- Apply SCRUM methodology to guide teams in project implementation and delivery.
- Communicate effectively with HenderCare staff and other stakeholders.
- Conduct project reviews with the Digital Transformation team and key stakeholders.
About You
You are a driven professional who excels in fast-paced environments. Exceptional communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are crucial for success in this role.
You will also bring:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or hold a relevant Project Management qualification.
- Proficiency and experience in SCRUM methodology, PMBOK, PRINCE2, and Agile philosophy.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and software implementation processes.
- Proficiency in project management software other than Jira, such as Microsoft Project or Asana, is highly valued.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
