We are seeking a motivated Coordinator/Scheduler to join our team in Yatala. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience in scheduling or project coordination within the residential building industry. While experience in roofing is highly regarded, we are open to candidates with backgrounds in windows and doors, insulation, solar, HVAC systems, or any other building product installation and supply.
About the Role: As a Coordinator/Scheduler, you will:
- Organize and coordinate daily and weekly maintenance schedules.
- Interact with and organize site supervisors and maintenance installers.
- Read and interpret job plans.
- Liaise with builders, providing timely updates.
- Enter and manage maintenance job details.
- Raise quotations for small maintenance items and handle ordering as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in project coordination or scheduling within the residential building industry.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
- Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work unsupervised and follow instructions closely.
