About the job:

This exciting new position is a fantastic opportunity to explore the current IT systems used to collect, interpret, and report data across all the Palliative Care sites and services across the LHD. The role will be supported by the direct line manager, LHD Clinical Network Manager, the redesign team, District Palliative Care staff and the leads of the Palliative and End of Life Care Stream. You will have access to orientation based on your background and level of experience as well as a range of supportive District Palliative Care professionals.

If this sounds like you, we’d LOVE to see you apply:

  • Clinical experience in a multidisciplinary team essential, with Palliative Care experience preferable
  • Knowledge of data systems and activity reporting within HNE  such as CHIME, i.PM, and ARIA.
  • Enthusiastic, highly organised and able to work collaboratively as a member of a larger multidisciplinary team
