About the Role
In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and collaborate with like-minded professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Management of all aspects of projects including scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation;
- Coordination with project managers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met;
- Monitoring of project progress, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards;
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members, subcontractors and other relevant stakeholders;
- Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, and other project documentation as required.
The Expertise
As the successful candidate, you will possess exceptional time management, organisational skills, and both written and verbal communication skills, as well as the know-how to multitask and manage competing deadlines.
You will have a fantastic work ethic, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to work autonomously, whilst being able to thrive within a team environment.
Applicants must possess a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a similar role within the industry, in addition to the completion of a Bachelor of Engineering Degree, or similar.
