Celotti Workforce is actively seeking experienced Project Engineers to join our client team, based in Perth WA on a full time permanent basis.
Our client is a global leader in delivering comprehensive technical lighting solutions and services.

Contract: Permanent, Full Time
The purpose of the Project Engineer is to manage and deliver assigned Projects safely, on time and on budget to required standards and quality, identify opportunities for improvement in mine operations and project delivery, and manage the relationship between stakeholders and the business.
This is a role in which a strong understanding of civil or electrical projects is required;

Manage and deliver Projects safely, on time and on budget to agreed stakeholder requirements
Closely monitor the progress of engineering to ensure deliverables, productivity, expended hours, forecasts to go and resources employed, are accurately and realistically stated.
Ensure the Modifications & Small Project team complies with all organisational requirements, statutory legislation, and relevant internal and external standards.
Ensure involvement in FEL and Operational Readiness for fit for purpose designs and streamlined commissioning.
Develop a detailed implementation schedule, plan and budget for the project execution program
About you:
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
Ability to effectively communicate and influence across various levels of the business.
Demonstrated ability to contribute, influence and make decisions within multi-functional teams.
Proven ability of working in a small team of technical professions
Relating technical solutions to financial decisions
Improvement focus - identifying best practice and transferring knowledge
Demonstrated ability to select, develop, coach and mentor employees resulting in improved engagement, diversity and organisational capability.
