- You will be working closely with the client and mainly focus on defects
- Site is located in Inner West Sydney
- Contract role for 3-6 months for as PE/PM
- Key stakeholder management and client focus;
- An understanding of building methodologies and current industry best practice;
- Negotiation and dispute resolution skills;
Ideal Background
- Have completed a tertiary qualification in construction/project management / civil engineering
- Strong background on residential defect projects
- In depth understanding of corporate values, policies and procedures.
- Possess excellent commercial awareness with strong relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills
