Your role
St John of God Health Care are seeking a talented Project Lead, Mission Integration to join the Mission team. This role is offered on a 12 month fixed term basis working 60.8 hours a fortnight, from our Perth or Melbourne office with the option of a hybrid working from home arrangement.
This is a unique opportunity to apply your project and change management expertise to purpose driven, organisation wide initiatives.
The primary purpose of this role is to support the management and co-ordination of project delivery for St John of God Health Care (SJGHC) Mission Integration. These initiatives are likely to span functions across hospitals and services and States to bring about change to SJGHC Mission Integration systems, processes and structures.
Key responsibilities include working closely with the Group Director Mission Integration to develop project plans, support delivery through various stages, support implementation and to ensure the objectives of the project are achieved and delivered on time.
The ability to develop frameworks and resources to support project implementation is a critical requirement of the role.
The successful candidate will have:
- A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- A relevant University (Degree) and 2 to 4 years relevant experience.
- Proven experience in preparing project documentation.
- Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening), analytical and interpersonal skills to develop effective relationships, consult with key stakeholders, and provide effective advice and expertise with regard to project methodology.
- Demonstrated experience in projects and change management with successful outcomes which have driven complex organisational wide / cross functional change.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational abilities.
- Demonstrated computer literacy including operation of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
- The ability to think laterally and develop solutions to ensure a successful project outcome.
