Our Project Manager:
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, our next Project Manager will have a sound knowledge of construction along with Architectural and Structural Drawings. You will have effective project management skills and an ability to communicate, clearly document and smoothly coordinate both internal teams and clients.
Your Day at Cortek:
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Ensure projects proceed and reach completion according to plans as per our customer’s and Cortek’s expectation
- Be an effective Communication point with customers during design phase.
- Manage the scope of the project with the Design team and ensure we deliver within budget and with consideration of our proposal
- Manage Work In Progress using Cortek-Master Schedule
- Facilitate all client meetings (both internally & externally).
- Coordinate, solution provide and close out all site related issues.
Your skills & Attributes
To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and attributes
- Highly motivated, excellent organisational skills & proven project management skills
- Have a can-do attitude, true grit spirit & a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple design jobs, in a high-pressure environment.
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Have a dedicated focus on providing exemplary customer service.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with creativity to provide a solution to a challenge.
- Knowledge of Australian Building Code, ability to understand and read drawings and plans.
