ROLE SNAPSHOT:
Reporting to the Network Engineering Principal Engineer, your major duties will include but are not limited to:
Leading project planning sessions
Coordinating staff and internal resources
Managing project progress and adapt work as required
Ensuring projects meet deadlines
Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Designing and reviewing on contracts
Working with vendors on project deliveries and outcome
Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Participating in drawing up business cases and roadmap
Management of risk/issues and dependencies
Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
The craft and expertise you'll bring
Previous project management experience
Experience in managing Government / Legal / Regulatory projects would be advantageous but not required
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Commercial and business acumen
Of equal importance is your highly developed engagement and communication skills (both in verbal and written). You will be able to build positive relationships and liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders.
You will also be an effective problem solver, and should be a well-structured and organised individual, able to deliver to time, cost and quality standards agreed. You understand the importance of data retention and what the customers need.
