Join the team
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team, where you will take on leading and delivering quality, cost focused and large and complex technology Kmart Group Infrastructure portfolio, in line with Kmart Group's values.
What you'll be doing:
Foster a 'low-cost, high velocity' mindset and culture whereby the team does its utmost to: reduce costs; retire technical debt (anything that holds us back); and increases the speed with which we deliver Innovation and Solutions to our end customer Develop and deliver a suite of contemporary technology solutions that enables high performing teams, through accelerated innovation, and data-driven insights, at scale.
To be successful in this role you'll have:
- Project Management certification such as PRINCE2, PMBOK or Agile
- Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager Proven track record of building, leading, coaching and motivating teams
- Experienced in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Demostrated knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- SAFe methodology practices understood and ability to enable Infrastructure project delivery to delivery groups in Kmart Group IT
- IT project leadership experience in a medium to large-sized organisation, delivering projects valued in multiple of $ million
- Track record of successfully building, mobilising and executing a large and complex projects across all IT domains
- Experienced in issue resolution and negotiation to drive positive outcomes
- Strong background engaging and managing project vendors
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders
