We are now excited to offer a new position for a skilled Project Manager to contribute to and advise on the ongoing growth of C&K business operations as part of our small team of 3 in our Kedron central office.

Lead the development and implementation of projects:
This position directly reports to Business Development Manager and will support the achievement of C&K’s corporate goals through the development and enhancement of project outcomes and by ensuring the planning and implementation of assigned projects are coordinated in accordance with C&K’s project management governance requirements and methodology.
Day to day, you will be accountable for:
Project Management: Monitor and report on project progress including project budget, timeframes, identification of project issues, risks, and proposed mitigation strategies.
New Site Project and Transition: Project manage the plans and specs process in the development of new sites (known as Turnkeys).
Report and Proposal Writing: Co-ordinate across the organisation’s responses to tenders and proposals and the implementation of new projects involving business development opportunities.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain key strategic internal and external stakeholder relationships across the business.
On top of that you will also hold:
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline. Early Childhood and/or post graduate qualifications would also be highly regarded
Excellent interpersonal skills in relationship management, negotiation and establishing and maintaining partnerships, internally and with key stakeholders
The willingness to undergo a police check and blue card application
