The work we do connects the journeys you take every day.
We are a state government organisation made up of more than 28,000 people and we're in the middle of delivering the largest transport infrastructure program in Australia's history. We work across planning, policy and procurement, harnessing data and technology to develop smarter and more adaptive transport solutions.
That means job opportunities in metropolitan and regional areas across NSW – and you have the chance to be part of creating a lasting legacy that will benefit generations to come.

About you
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience delivering business projects (not IT or Construction). You will be involved in a variety of projects concurrently, requiring you to successfully juggle competing priorities to ensure the timely delivery of projects and the managing of stakeholder expectations. Key to your success will be your experience working for a large matrix organisation ideally in the government sector.
Your ability to take ownership of assigned projects and work with/delegate to your team, such as a project support officer and business analyst, is essential.
You will be a strategic thinker, a planner, with good human skills and the ability to manage your projects applying a safety and regulatory lens to them while achieving stakeholder’s desired outcomes, requiring your resilience and negotiation skills.
This is an exciting role where you are involved in some great projects managing them end to end while being surrounded by a larger supportive team.
