About the role
VMCH is embarking on an exciting journey to evaluate whether our existing technology capabilities related to client management systems continue to meet our current and future requirements.
That’s where you come in…
You will manage major clinical system upgrades and facilitate the testing and resolution of issues, undertake business analysis, prepare statements of work, evaluate and implement solutions and develop business cases to deliver on new functions and capabilities.
Playing a consultative role, you will engage VMCH’s broad stakeholder groups to support, enhance and deliver new functionality to our clinical systems and business systems, across a number of service lines. This will include assessing offerings within the market and facilitating the evaluation process, to define the scope, schedule, governance requirements, reporting structures and processes for new projects.
About you
You are an outstanding communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a natural flair for stakeholder engagement. Your exceptional analytical, planning, and organisational skills will allow you to manage the competing demands of the role. You apply a creative approach to problem solving and have a keen eye for detail, but never lose sight of the bigger picture at hand.
Having worked in a similar role before, you are able to lead projects, conduct business systems analysis, develop statements of work and evaluate solutions, to ensure that objectives, goals and commitments are me.
Project Management knowledge and certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or PMBOK) and knowledge of Agile and waterfall project management methodologies are essential. Previous experience in aged care, health care or the not for profit sector will be well regarded.
