About the role:The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of land development/subdivision projects by ensuring they are delivered to budget, time, and brief. Project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System Project planning and programming tasks Liaising and managing client relationships Monitoring performance of construction crews and subcontractors against program and cost forecasts Reporting and mitigating performance issues Reporting production costs daily, weekly, and monthly Procurement of plant, equipment, and material Developing, reviewing, and approving Management Plans and SWMS’s About you: Demonstrated relevant experience (min 4 years) as an Engineer on subdivisions and civil infrastructure Project management experience in construction would be advantageous Proven delivery of earthworks, roads, pavement, structures, and civil infrastructure Experience in working with authorities such as local councils and service authorities Strong client relationship management Excellent rapport with subcontractors Contract management experience Established people management skills
