About your role
Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the Commercial Project Manager is a key member of the Separation & Portfolio team. It is responsible for delivering commercial projects and programs that comprise the commercial portfolio and for supporting the delivery of project lead by Technology.
What you’ll do
Build strong relationships across The Lottery Corporation through the adoption of a ‘partner’ mindset
Manage key commercial projects to deliver required outcomes
Engage and manage stakeholders and report progress utilising approved systems and formats
Utilise the approved project methodology and tools and techniques to deliver consistently
Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope and budgets to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and cost
Manage project working groups and facilitate project meetings and workshops to identify first-class solutions to business problems
Maintain strong financial governance over projects
Analyse critical information to facilitate decision making
Manage project schedules
Partner with Technology project managers (as required) to deliver cross-functional initiatives
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s Degree in a business or related or related discipline and project management qualification
5+ years related commercial project management / coordination experience
Experience using project management methodologies
Experience in managing complex and competing projects and coordinating diverse resources
Experience working across organisations, building partnerships, and fostering a collaborative work environment
Experience working in a regulated environment.
