What you will be doing
- Managing, coordinating and tracking multiple small to medium sized ICT projects and resources (including contractors and external vendors) to deliver project outcomes on time and to budget.
- Vendor and partner management including negotiations, monitoring deliverables and maintaining strong relationships to assist in the delivery of project objectives.
- Establishing project artefacts and project governance arrangements to ensure decisions are made at an appropriate level involving the relevant subject matter experts.
- Preparing and delivering a range of communications to stakeholders to ensure that all stakeholders are fully briefed on project objectives, tasks, risks, issues and progress and escalate any deviations to the relevant Project Board/s.
- Managing strong working relationships, networks and expectations with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure that ICT solutions provide the best organisational outcome.
