We are looking to engage with suitably qualified Project Managers for an innovative opportunity within our Division Technologies space. The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful launch of projects, meeting critical milestones in scope, scheduling, financial tracking, and overall quality of projects. As a key contributor within the global pump technology group, this role operates at both project and program levels, leveraging their influence and positive demeanour to guide our global teams toward success.
This role is based at our Artarmon site in Sydney and will be working closely with our teams based in Australia, India and the US. We have flexible options available for the right candidate and are excited to provide this person with a strong growth path moving forward within our wider Division Technologies team.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide project teams to success by fostering a positive and high-performance team culture through use of influence and effective communication skills.
Lead new product development projects across the design cycle, including planning, design, costing, prototyping, testing, validation and verification activities, while ensuring proper project governance.
Collaborate in project management governance processes with a focus on lean agile-waterfall hybrid approach.
Effectively communicate and report project statuses, risks, and mitigation plans throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
5-8 years of relevant project management experience is desirable.
Demonstrated experience within both Agile and Waterfall project management.
New product development experience is preferred, but not essential.
