The Company
We are currently recruiting for a seasoned Business Transformation Project/Program Manager for a global retail business. You will be partnering with an external agency and be responsible for leading a program of work to ensure it is delivered in scope, on time and within budget.
You will need to be available to start within the next couple of weeks ideally and will work with the senior leadership team to deliver recommendations around strategic pricing and their 3 year plan.
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee project, from conception through to completion.
Identify resource requirements by managing allocation & capacity in an effective and efficient manner.
Prepare a detailed workplan schedule including weekly deliverables, accountabilities and milestones.
Apply project methodologies including Agile, Six Sigma, Waterfall or Kanban throughout the entire project execution
Facilitate and schedule in meeting cadences including kick off sessions, stakeholder interviews, ideation workshops, stand up meetings, key project milestones, working group meetings and check in's.
Manage and oversee all incoming & outgoing project documentation including minutes, statement of works and presentations.
Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
Manage and course correct for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
Design a risk mitigation plan to identify & mitigate potential risks which may impede project delivery.
About You
Experience required:
8-10 years experience in Project/ Program Management
A proven track record of supporting successful strategic business transformational change rather than technical IT projects.
Solid experience with Project Management software tools (MS Project) and methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Six Sigma, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.)
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with C suite level stakeholder management experience
