Super Retail Group are looking for a Project Manager - Group Supply Chain, based at our Strathpine office in Brisbane. The role will be a key contributor to scoping, supporting and executing projects throughout the Group Supply Chain. Supporting the Head of Supply Chain Development, this role is largely focussed on the short- and mid- term execution of projects (immediate to 1 year) and will support key initiatives across the Supply Chain team. As a hands on role, the Project Manager builds strong relationships and develops clear communication to drive sustainable initiatives or projects outcomes.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Collaborating with the Supply Chain teams to identify and build alignment on problems and opportunities by leading the development of In Scope & out of Scope guardrails and ensuring initiative outcomes are clearly defined
Supporting the successful delivery of Supply Chain initiatives and projects to agreed outcomes by contributing to project plans using balanced project metrics including, quality, time and cost
Ensuring project timelines are defined and communicated and promote successful delivery by driving adherence to milestones and key dates
Track project and initiative progression with reporting aligned to supply chain requirements
Ensuring alignment on Supply Chain Development priorities across broad stakeholder groups including leadership teams and delivery groups
Building and maintaining effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring up to date project updates including status indicators, delivery plan, progress, outcomes and risks
About You:
Experience in a Project Management role, ideally within Supply Chain or Operations
Experience in Stakeholder Management, working across multiple teams
Ability plan and lead teams to deliver sustainable project outcomes
Ability to communicate across multiple forums and channels
Experience in Supply Chain functions and/or Operations
Experience in change management
Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business Management or similar
Training in Project Management Certificate Desired Training in Agile project delivery
