Why this role matters
The Project Manager will be responsible for project and business management of a number of digital and operational solutions associated with clinical quality registries, particularly the YourIVFSuccess website and the Australian and New Zealand Assisted Reproduction Database (ANZARD). The position will work with internal and external stakeholders, including NPESU registry staff, IVF clinics, and software and website developers, and be involved in a number of research and service delivery projects within the NPESU and CBDRH.
Who you are:
Graduate or Postgraduate qualifications in health information management or digital health solutions and/or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
High-level skills and experience in managing and delivering complex web-based health data projects from end-to-end.
Knowledge of digital strategy, design, and technology.
Experience working with end users (e.g., consumers, clinicians, researchers), creatives and software developers to develop web-based health solutions.
Demonstrated strong capacity for problem solving and developing solutions with tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people including researchers, data managers, clinicians, and IT professionals.
Experience in the women’s healthcare sector (IVF, midwifery, obstetrics, or related discipline) is desirable.
