About the company
Established for 25 + years in Sydney our client is a privately owned D&C that have a reputation for delivering high quality projects across commercial, residential, retail and industrial sectors. Projects range from $2 million - $30 million in value.
About the Role
The business is seeking a Project Manager with strong experience within the industrial sector.
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from initial scoping to completion in a timely and cost effective manner. You will work closely with a Contract Administrator and a Site Supervisor to ensure expectations are communicated and met by all parties.
Duties
Scope and oversee construction projects
Assess, negotiate and oversee execution of contracts
Budget management and review
Identify and actively manage all key stakeholders
Analyse, manage and mitigate risk
Skills and Experience
10+ years construction industry experience
Advanced knowledge of construction management process
High level experience in contract negotiations
Proficient in relevant computer software (JobPac, MS Project, Excel)
Updated knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
