Are you an Project Manager/ Project Engineer with experience in a Client-Side environment or looking for your opportunity to make the transition from Contractor? This is an opportunity within a Client-Side organisation, working on multiple projects across Buildings and Infrastructure works throughout Newcastle, Hunter and Central Coast. Key Responsibilities Managing all facets of the project including estimates, tenders, budgets, programming, documentation, contract management and subcontractor management. Liaise with Authorities, Consultants, Engineers and community in consultation on the project Coordinating on-site works and a presence is required on-site to oversee progression. Tracking and Reporting progress of the project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Ensure the project is completed to a high quality prior to handover. About youTo be considered for this role, you will need to have the following skills & experience.
