Your new role:
As a Project Manager, your main objective is to oversee the project delivery teams and ensure that the construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the quality criteria and customer expectations. You will also need to provide exceptional customer service and leadership to your team.
What you will bring to the role:
- Proven construction industry experience as a Project Manager
- Knowledge of the modular building industry and the manufacturing of modular buildings would be advantageous.
- Ideally prior experience managing the delivery of projects to large EPC's, EPCM'S, and/or major resource companies.
- Builder's license for relevant state.
- Certificate IV in Building & Construction, Project Management, or equivalent
- White Card
- Current driver's license
- First Aid Certificate obtained and maintained at the company's expense.
- Ability to gain required state-based licensing/check requirements (Working with Children Check - Blue Card)
