Are you an experienced fit-out Project Manager, ready for the challenge and reward of working on specialised and innovative medical / healthcare projects with significant career progression?

THE ROLE
Off the back of impressive growth, they are now looking for an experienced fit-out Project Manager (ideally with a background in medical fit-outs from conception to completion), to be the glue in the delivery process team across several key projects. The ideal candidate will also have excellent reporting and communication skills, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn. You will be programming tasks, managing sub-contractors, dealing with clients, and collaborating closely with internal teams.
Upwards from $150,000 -180,000 + super (depending on experience)

A Typical Day:
Manage multiple bespoke medical and healthcare fit-out projects from conception to delivery.
Leading, managing and mentoring a small team.
Client and key stakeholder engagement.
Conduct site visits as required to ensure smooth and efficient project completion.
Knowledge and understanding of WHS requirements, industry standards and complying with company policies and procedures.
Contributing to improvements in company-wide project management processes.
Managing working budgets and finance requirements that identify profit margins.

REQUIREMENTS
Strong background in fit-out Project Management (ESSENTIAL)
Experience with medical fit-out & refurb projects (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
Well-tenured experience in the Australian workforce (ESSENTIAL)
Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, or equivalent experience (ESSENTIAL)
Great communication and written skills (ESSENTIAL)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Microsoft Project (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
