We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team to drive the success of transformation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing specific strategic operational transformation projects within our organisation.
The role entails managing the identification, planning and delivery of project and programs that align with long-term WMA operational strategies.
Additionally, this role collaborates with other departments to ensure that WMA initiatives are in line with overall business objectives and direction.
Key Responsibilities:

- Scope, Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of project and program lifecycle, from design to delivery
- Manage project budgets, reviewing regularly for alignment or opportunities for cost reduction.
- Identify and manage risks associated with allocated projects.
- Work to mitigate risks
- Support the delivery of successful transformation by integrating change management into the project and governance framework.
Job Knowledge/ Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading transformation and change management projects within manufacturing or operations
- Formal qualification in project management (PMP preferred)
- Willingness to travel to other Weir Mineral locations
