Due to their growth plans and successful tenders, they are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to manage and oversee the delivery of current and upcoming projects.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As the Project Manager, you will report directly to the Construction Manager. You will lead the project teams, to execute multiple projects across NSW, from the design stages through to completion. These projects range from $50K to $10M across Sydney Metro. You will liaise with the client and the project team to ensure that the project is delivered on schedule and to the highest standard. As the Project Manager will be expected to oversee 4 projects at any given time, in addition to conducting subcontractor and client meetings across NSW.
DUTIES.
- Successful project delivery from start to finish
- Budget and costing compliance
- Project planning, scheduling and programming
- Client, stakeholder and subcontractor Management
- Lead and implement WHS, quality and environmental standards
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Proven record as a Project Manager for reputable Sydney commercial, remedial, civil or residential building companies (5-10 years experience)
- Experience working remedial, heritage, facades, roofing and commercial sectors
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
