Our Client is a luxury residential & sustainable specialist based in the Northern suburbs. They have been in operation for almost 10 years growing steadily in that time. They specialise in both new build and renovation projects ranging in value from $250K - $5M.
They are enjoying an extended period of buoyancy so are looking to add another Project Manager to the team. The role will work closely with the Director and take responsibility for each project from contract signing through procurement, project delivery and final Client handover.
To be considered you will require either trade or tertiary qualifications in a construction-related discipline and have previous project management experience. You will be capable of managing the trade & material procurement process and be comfortable in a Client-facing role.
