Our client is a privately owned, multi award winning company that has active projects all over Australia that is looking for a motivated and engaging Project Manager to join their team.
They are looking for someone who is commercially driven and someone who has experience with Government projects/ GC21 contracts. You will be expected to join and manage a team with a Site Manager, Junior Contract Administrator, Site Engineer and Cadet. They are looking for someone for an immediate start.
Having experience with a Tier 1 or 2 contractor will be advantageous to be considered for this role as well as experience on Community Build projects.
Requirements:
Strong commercial background, preferable from a Contracts Administrator background
Proven experience of delivering projects of up to $25mil
Strong capability with Procurement process
Experience preparing and reviewing head & subcontract variations
Proficient in Jobpac
Engaging and interpersonal leader has strong capability of leading a small team
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
