How will I help?
The Project Manager for Financial Crime & Fraud Prevention (FCFP) is responsible for leading and managing projects being delivered in FCFP focusing on long term projects involving automation and digital transformation. This role will partner closely with senior management, Line 2 financial crime stakeholders as well as all levels of employees to understand their requirements and ensuring they are represented and delivered in strategic projects. Your focus will be to drive operational excellence and maintain good disciplines through strong project governance, collaborative partnerships, leveraging best practice, advanced technologies, and proven project management methodologies
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver automation and digital transformation programs and partner with neighbouring functions in driving the identification, evaluation, planning and implementation of uplift of relevant initiatives.
- Ensure strong project leadership, due diligence, rigorous project governance and robust change management approach.
- Manage initiatives ensuring goals are achieved and projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage project progress, cost, risks, and issues, and facilitate project decisions (scope, prioritisation, schedule, cost, and resourcing decisions) of ongoing change projects.
- Provide strategic and tactical thinking to a drive a seamless transition between design to execution.
- Collaborate with Technology function and Customer Services and Technology divisional Transformation Team to ensure alignment in initiatives and that FCFP requirements are represented.

What do I need?
- 3-5+ years project management experience.
- Experience with automation program management.
- Strength in analysis, problem solving and business solutions.
- In depth working knowledge of best practice, tools and methodologies including agile way of working.
- Experience within Financial Services or Financial Crime (desired).
