Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be overseeing a portfolio of luxury apartment projects under development, as well as overseeing corporate marketing initiatives for the brand.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on implementing strategic marketing initiatives with the assistance of an in-house Marketing Coordinator. If you are looking to take the next step up in your career from Senior Marketing Executive level or Manager level looking to join a smaller, more dynamic business, this could be for you!

Team activities and events
Your daily duties will include:
Develop and execute marketing plans & strategies to meet organisational/project objectives
Manage end to end Project Marketing Campaigns for new/existing developments and corporate initiatives
Leverage external agency partner relationships – managing creative briefs
Scheduling and maintaining Social Media channels
Manage EDMs and reviewing reporting and analytics on performance
Research and maintain a database of information that will aid marketing strategies for projects
Manage the communications and PR strategies for projects
Manage the budget management for project campaigns
To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes:
3-5 + years’ experience in Marketing (Developer-side ideally)
Proven ability and success in the implementation of strategic marketing campaigns
Experience within Project Marketing preferred
Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar
Experience in the Residential sector of property beneficial
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a “finisher”
Budgeting, financial reporting, and reforecasting skills
Strong relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills
