Join one of the fastest growing private Property Development businesses in the state with a pipeline across Residential, House & Land and Greenfield projects. This is initially a 6-Month Mat Leave contract position with strong possibility for extension/permanent towards the end after securing a new project.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will implement and manage the marketing activity for a residential project portfolio to drive sales.

Your daily duties will include:
Manage the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans and budgets for a portfolio of projects.
Review and report on performance of marketing campaigns against objectives and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement
Attend weekly project sales meetings
Work with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to execute project specific digital strategies, generating online content and conducting campaign analysis
Leverage external agency partner relationships – managing creative briefs
Generate lead targets in accordance with project sales targets
Utilise the CRM system for segmentation and nurturing prospects
Manage the budget management for project campaigns
To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes:
3-5 + years’ experience ideally in Residential Project Marketing
End to end campaign management experience
Experience within Property Development/Construction or related industries preferred
Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a “finisher”
Budgeting, financial reporting, and reforecasting skills
Strong relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills
