Liverpool Hospital is recruiting for a Health Manager Level 2 to complement and enhance the current Liverpool Health and Academic Precinct team.

What You'll Be Doing
The Role of the FF&E (Furniture Fitting and Equipment) officer is to support and guide the planning, procurement, delivery, compliance, reporting, installation and commissioning for all Furniture, Fittings and Equipment (FFE), including Major Medical Equipment (MME) in consultation with the wider hospital directly associated with the Stage 1 Bowral Hospital Redevelopment Project.

How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible. * Demonstrated understanding of FFE process, including planning and procurement directly applicable to managing an extensive FFE transfer plan and change to FFE & MME associated with a redevelopment.

  • Knowledge of a range of medical equipment functionality within the clinical setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise to meet conflicting deadlines.
  • Capacity to work autonomously in the achievement of project deliverables.
  • Ability to build rapport to promote collaborative consultation and engagement and facilitate group decision-making.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the application of Microsoft Office, Excel & Oracle to facilitate accurate data collection and procurement requirements.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills and the capacity to produce reports, documents and correspondence.
  • Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
