About Us
The Commercial Transactions Division within Investment and Technology is responsible for development and negotiation of commercial contracts and services within the Department, as well as management of road concessions, to drive high performance and improved commercial outcomes for the State.
About the Role
Reporting to the Project Director, this role will work within a multi-disciplinary team and support the project through efficient and effective administrative, business and project support. The Project Officer is responsible for diary management, professional secretarial and office administration support that meets the expectations of the Project Director.
Key Accountabilities
- Exercise professional judgment in the provision of high quality, confidential and effective administration support to the Project Director, including diary / meeting management, the prioritisation of incoming issues, addressing or redirecting of urgent items in the Project Director's absence, facilitating follow-up activities and correspondence management.
- Provide advice and support to the Project Director and project team in relation to DoT policies, procedures and practices relating to corporate and administrative functions, including HR and finance.
