Project Officer - Renewable Energy/Hydro

A Great opportunity currently exists for an experienced Project Support Officer to join a reputable government department and be a part of a Major Green Energy project.

What your general day will look like:

• Coordinating annual audit reporting and providing high quality, timely and concise correspondence and briefings
• Coordinating and arranging National Steering Group Committee meetings
• Ongoing stakeholder engagement and responding to public enquiries by phone and email
• Leading product accreditation and provider agreements with energy retailers and renewable energy certificate brokers
• Supporting the implementation of program changes resulting from program reviews

What you will bring:

• Experience providing project support within the Renewable Energy sector - Hydro preferred but not a pre-requisite
• Solid MS Office and MS Project experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
• Ability to maintaining strong internal networks to enable the efficient coordination and collaboration in preparing information to support the projects team
