The organisation is committed to an intersectional feminist strength-based approach to service delivery that views family violence victim-survivors as the experts in their own lives.
About the role
The Project Officer (PO) role is being introduced to maintain progress on two main projects within GMI’s project portfolio during a period of parental leave. The Project Officer is expected to continue work on the Rainbow Tick accreditation and GMI Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). The successful candidate will harness the considerable expertise of the staff teams, portfolio holders and working group to achieve these goals. It is expected that the Project Officer will also support any other ongoing tasks relating to quality improvement to existing and new project development as required.
The successful applicant will be rewarded with an attractive annual salary, salary packaging and above Award EBA conditions. As well as a flexible hybrid working arrangement (home and office).
